Flexibility is really important to us, and family always takes precedence. We have a Flexible Time Off policy for eligible employees, and we encourage each other to take breaks so that we can do our best work, refreshed. Compensation
At the core of VSCO’s compensation practice is a commitment to competitive pay that is equitable across our teams. In addition to base pay, stock options are also included in a new hire’s total compensation package so that when we win, we’ll win together.
