The challenge
Vera Wang Party is all about celebrating life’s moments, no matter how big or small. With prosecco that’s perfect for any occasion, they knew they wanted a brand activation that could showcase the depth and diversity of their brand’s story. The VSCO Brand Engagement Platform helped Vera Wang Party expand their reach and inspire authentic interaction with a tailored Brand Challenge.
Vera Wang Party wanted to tap into VSCO’s community of creators to see how they could bring the brand’s story to life in new and unique ways. Rather than looking for photos and licensing them one by one, their Brand Challenge brought the story – and photos – to them with images submitted by VSCO creators from around the world.
How VSCO helped
Creators joined the Brand Challenge by posting with #VeraWangPartyChallenge on VSCO. The collaboratively developed prompt asked creators to share how they celebrate life’s moments, big and small. With strategic amplification throughout the VSCO app and across social media, the Challenge was able to garner over 100 million impressions, ultimately giving Vera Wang Party dozens of top tier images to choose from.
Every Challenge submission created a unique brand interaction, each showing a unique take on Vera Wang Party’s story of celebration. The Brand Challenge united Vera Wang Party with a new audience that showed just how much there is to celebrate. Once the Challenge closed for submissions, they were able to license a bubbly image from VSCO Pro chasebax, in addition to discovering a whole new audience to activate.
